made a bunch of these gathering bags for the kids

i've seen them secreting their findings away in them

the kids found a snake lodged in between rocks by the creek.  we had a small ceremony for it, gathered flowers to lay next to it, said a few words, and now it rests in our woods.

photos, projects, and doings have been piling up all around.  these are from some time ago, but I couldn't help going back and putting them up.  

things are moving along so fast.  school is almost over for the year.  after our spring break, we spent a lot of time knitting.  this one O. is working on - it is hand-dyed wool from this place.
