no view from the top, just a mailbox.  almost halfway up there is this view.  positioned myself so trees would obscure some kind of quarry, a great gash in the ground.

a trip to see the cactus man

i have passed this place so many times on my way to the thrift store.  it's been calling to me for so long ... i finally made it over.  so many things to look at, impossible to photograph the magic, to do it justice.  i went home with some baby cacti and a hanger made of shells.
